Join the loyalty program and earn points by spending dollars at REGEN or earn points through several other easy avenues. These points can be spent at any time on services or packages at REGEN Laser (see exceptions below). Just ask to join our program next time you are in to start earning points.

Details

How to spend points

Spend 20 points for $1 at any time you checkout for a service or package.
Points never expire
Use any amount of points at any time in 20 point increments.
Example: 500 points spent equals $50 off your service at check out.

Point awards

Spend dollars
- For every dollar spent on any services or products before tax you earn one loyalty point.
- Points accrue once you join the program.

Refer customers
- When a new customer claims you as their referrer, you will earn points for every dollar they spend on their first completed transaction. If they buy a $2000 package, you get 2000 loyalty points. That would be worth $100 towards your next service.
- Multiply your points when you refer more customers.
  - 2^nd referral earns 15% extra on the first transaction.
  - 3^rd referral earns 20% extra on the first transaction.
  - 4^th referral and every thereafter receives 25% on the first transaction. Example: If the referral spends $100 on their next visit, receive 100 points + 100*25% = 125 Total points.

Be a referred customer
- If you were referred by an existing customer or an outside professional, you automatically receive 500 loyalty points.

Give us a review and earn 500 loyalty points. That’s $25 off your next service.
- Show us a review you gave us on any platform. Show us when you come in for a service or send us an email with a link to the review.
- Review us on multiple platforms and earn points for every review.

Social Media
- Post and Tag: Make a post about REGEN Laser and the services you received and tag us on the post. We will automatically update your points.
  - 1^st post 100 loyalty points
  - 2^nd post 125 loyalty points
  - 3^rd post 150 loyalty points
  - 4^th post 175 loyalty points
  - Earn up to 550 loyalty points per month. Only 4 posts per month will be awarded points.
- Check in
  - Check in on Instagram or Facebook and receive 25 points.
  - Up to 4 check ins per month
  - Just show us you checked in while you’re in REGEN Laser.

Exceptions and rules

You cannot spend points on products
You cannot spend points on injectables (Botox)
You cannot spend points on memberships
Points have no dollar value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Points cannot be exchanged for packages or vouchers previously purchased.
