What are your business hours?
REGEN Laser is open Monday - Saturday.  Our hours can be found on the website. Please be aware that hours are subject to change based on total schedule filled.

What is your cancellations policy?
We do require a credit card to hold your appointment.  Your card wil not be charged unless your cancel within 24 hours of your appointments or do not show for your appointment. We understand that things come up and we will try to accommodate. Please be respectful to our technicians , as there time really is their money. We appreciate your understanding and support to our growing small business.

What happens if I am late?
Your treatment may get cut shorter than usual in order to fully respect the time of the next client.

Do I have to make an appointment or can I walk in?
Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments are recommended for most services in order to make the best use of your time.

Is financing available?
Yes! We are Care Credit partners and your can finance with them.

Do you offer free consultations?
We know that you need to be confident that you are in the care of a specialist you can trust, one that has all the skills, certifications, and knowledge to help you achieve your skin care goals. You need to feel that special connection that makes you comfortable and most welcomed. That is why we offer free consultatons and take time to address your questions and concerns.

How do I make an appointment?

Although we love them, we ask that they stay in the waiting room with a supervised adult.

How do I prepare for my treatment?
If you are having any laser facial treatments:
You must not have an active tan or burned skin
Can not be pregnant or nursing
Have not used Accutane in the psat year
Are not on any prescription Retinol

Have not used Accutane within the past year
No presciption Retinol 
Do not have an active burn on the skin
Have not had recent peels or facial surgery
No active cold sores or fever blisters

Laser Hair Removal
Skin should be shaved 24 hours before 
Skin should not have an active tan from sun or sunless products

What if I am having an adverse reaction to a treatment?
If this is a medical emergency contact 911. Otherwise please contact us immediately at 303-421-5714 so we can discuss any questions or concern you are having.

What if I have allergies or special medical conditions?
Please disclose all allergies or illnesses on your Health History Form and to your provider. If you have physical limitations please let us know and we will make every effort to accomodate you.
