Cancellation (No Show) Policy

○  We capture credit cards for all services. Even services that are free, such as consultations.  

 

○  We understand that your time is valuable as is ours. Please contact us within 24 hours of your booking and we will be happy to re-schedule or cancel your appointment as needed.  If we do not pick up, please leave a message.  Thank you.

○  ANY Appointments, even consultations, that are no call/no show will be charged a $20 fee.  If you re-schedule the fee may be put towards a future service at our discretion.

○  We also understand that life happens,  sometimes things are out of your control. We aim to make all our clients happy, and if there were extenuating circumstances, contact us and we will be happy to sort out your appointment.  

 

○  Please call us at any time during regular business hours if you have a question regarding your appointment.  If we do not answer we are with a client or it is outside business hours. We will check our messages and get back to you as soon as possible.
